Aerobic/Tone Classes

Aerobic/Tone Classes allow the individual to develop high levels of cardiorespiratory endurance, crucial for the development of better health and also include a range of resistance work which has been proven to be most effective in weight loss and improving one’s metabolism.

This class consists of a high impact cardio workout followed by a complete body toning workout using light weights and an advanced core workout.

This class results in better appearance because of decreased body fat and firmer well-toned muscles and provide greater efficiency in both everyday activities and sudden emergencies. This class also helps to strengthen muscles, hence reducing the risk of injury and osteoporosis.

Skill Level:

This is an advanced class but exercises can be modified for beginners
