Circuit Classes

Circuit Classes are a type of interval training which has now been proven as one of the most effective types of training for weight loss and fitness gains.

This class consists of a number of different stations around the studio. Each individual is situated at their own station and works at their own pace. The individual rotates and completes a full circuit of 10-15 exercises. Each station caters for a specific area of the body and the class includes cardiovascular exercises and muscular endurance exercises as well as a range of core work.

This class increases energy for the participant, improves posture and physical appearance; improves flexibility; improves muscular strength and endurance; strengthens bones and reduces the risk of coronary heart disease. It also promotes psychological well-being by relieving tension and aiding stress management.

Skill Level:

This class caters for all levels as participants can work at their own pace

Tuesday & Thursday mornings: 6.45am – 7.45am
