Dance Aerobics Class

Dance Aerobics allow the individual to develop high levels of cardiorespiratory endurance, crucial for the development of better health and also include a range of resistance work which has been proven to be most effective in weight loss and improving one’s metabolism.

This class consists of a moderate intensity cardio workout followed by an intense stretch (yoga style).

This class helps to improve posture and improve flexibility. It also promotes psychological well-being by relieving tension.
